Two contract positions are available near San Pablo, CA—each offering a chance to work with dedicated educators and enthusiastic learners in supportive environments.

Position #1:
Support a school community as an SLP covering a maternity leave from August through December 2026, working three days per week. Lead the case management of an SLP caseload, which includes developing and implementing IEPs, conducting comprehensive assessments, crafting detailed reports, and overseeing services provided by SLP Assistants (SLPAs). Your collaboration and organizational strengths will help ensure seamless continuity of care for your students.

Position #2:
For those seeking a part-time commitment, this role provides .4 FTE support (2 days a week) to a K-5 caseload. Serve students at the elementary level throughout the entire academic year, fulfilling the full spectrum of SLP duties. Your skill set will help nurture communication skills and academic confidence in young learners during pivotal years.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility
  • CCC or CFY welcome; supervision available for CFY candidates
  • Experience in a school or pediatric setting highly valued
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and supervise SLPAs (where applicable)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students
  • Complete and document all required assessments and IEPs
  • Oversee or provide guidance to SLP Assistants (as needed)
  • Communicate progress and recommendations to families and faculty
