Job Description We are seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate I to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in banking sales support, client pricing, presentation development, portfolio analysis, and cross-functional collaboration and a proven ability to drive revenue opportunities, enhance client experience, and support end-to-end sales delivery with limited supervision. Responsibilities: Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process and integrate with local and regional teams. Prepare client calls, generate proposals, conduct relationship reviews, and perform trend and working capital analyses. Execute pricing and profitability modeling, including RFP pricing, proformas, and Middle Office submissions. Review and data mine assigned officer portfolios to identify revenue enhancement and cross-sell opportunities. Own and follow up on small sales opportunities and assist with solution development and value proposition. Collaborate with cross-functional deal teams to deliver an outstanding experience for internal and external clients. Support sensitive or escalated customer service and implementation issues to resolution. Attend prospect and client meetings as appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of banking industry experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Creative solutioning and problem-solving capability with critical thinking. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Proven client interaction experience and proactive solution development. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Skills: Experience with pricing and profitability modeling tools or RFP processes. Familiarity with treasury management products and working capital analysis. Why BCforward?
