Qualifications:
- Valid Washington ESA certificate
- Active Washington SLP license
- Experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students according to IEP requirements
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, goals, and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
- Adapt interventions and strategies as needed for diverse learners across grade levels
