You’ll play an instrumental role ensuring students receive high-quality, individualized care to help them achieve their fullest potential throughout the FSY.

What you’ll bring:

• Current, active Arizona PT license
• Prior experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric clients preferred
• Familiarity supporting students with diverse needs, including mild to severe disabilities
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Card (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff and families across sites
• Reliable transportation to move between school locations

Key responsibilities:

• Travel between assigned schools to deliver targeted physical therapy services
• Assess and implement individualized PT interventions to support each student’s IEP goals
• Document sessions and progress, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Consult regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize strategies and adaptations for student success
• Provide education and recommendations for staff on student care and safe mobility techniques
