Accountant/bookkeeperQualifications
2+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience.
Experience in real estate brokerage, property
management, or a
related industry preferred.
Proficient in AppFolio Property Manager Pro
(or similar software), QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
Knowledge of property accounting, trust accounting, owner statements, and cash flow
management.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $70,000$90,000 per year, depending on
experience and qualifications. Paid vacation and
holidays. Health insurance.
