Sr. HR Business Partner

Insight Global is looking to hire a Sr. HR Business Partner in San Marcos, TX.

This is an onsite role based in San Marcos, TX working Monday - Friday. Candidates located in Austin, TX have the option to work out of the ATX location for part of the week (2-3 days), and San Marcos for the remainder of the week if that is easier.

Responsibilities:
This individual will serve as a strategic partner to operations leadership, aligning workforce initiatives with business objectives across multiple locations in the Southwest region. They will lead and develop a small HR team while supporting organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent development, compensation analysis, and HR project execution.

The Sr. HRBP will use business and workforce metrics to guide leadership decisions related to productivity, staffing, turnover, and operational effectiveness. They will also ensure compliance with employment laws, oversee investigations when needed, support benefits and employee programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (experience in lieu of degree is acceptable)
-10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles including HR Generalist and HR Manager responsibilities
-Experience leading organizational restructuring initiatives from planning through implementation
-Experience utilizing workforce metrics such as productivity, turnover, capacity planning, and labor trends to support business decisions
-Experience managing direct reports and partnering with operations leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Nice to have:

-SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification
-Experience with compensation analysis, benchmarking, and job evaluations
-Experience managing HR projects across multiple locations
-Experience supporting manufacturing operations
-Bilingual Spanish
