We are seeking Field Engineers to support day-to-day construction operations on major project sites. This position serves as a critical link between field operations and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily field coordination activities
- Monitor project progress and site productivity
- Support safety and quality initiatives
- Coordinate subcontractor activities
- Track project issues and resolutions
- Maintain project records and field reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
