Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Active SLP licensure in Michigan
- School-based experience or interest in serving elementary-age children
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a variety of student needs
- Commitment to collaborative, student-focused care
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions for a range of speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ progress
- Document services and maintain records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team planning, and professional development as needed
