Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
- Active ESA certification, or willingness to obtain (district will assist and expedite for pending candidates)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
Your Role:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to upper elementary and middle school students
- Provide direct and indirect interventions as outlined in each student’s IEP
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Start immediately and continue through to June, working full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday)
