Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Kent, WA

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
• Active ESA certification, or willingness to obtain (district will assist and expedite for pending candidates)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 45 students

Your Role:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to upper elementary and middle school students
• Provide direct and indirect interventions as outlined in each student’s IEP
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Start immediately and continue through to June, working full-time hours (37.5 hours/week, Monday through Friday)
