Take on a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students and educators as a School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year. This role, ideal for dedicated professionals, is situated within a supportive educational environment in Anoka, MN. You’ll work onsite across select locations, providing your expertise over a part-time schedule (15 hours per week, Monday through Friday) from late August 2026 through June 2027.

Your role will primarily focus on delivering psychological services to students, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and helping foster positive learning environments. The preferred candidate will be fully onsite; however, strong School Social Workers with relevant experience may also be considered.

Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Minnesota School Psychologist license (required)
  • Extensive experience working within educational settings as a School Psychologist or School Social Worker
  • Demonstrated capacity to assess students’ needs, conduct evaluations, and develop effective interventions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a school-based team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide consultation to staff and families
  • Support student mental health and behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support personnel
  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidential records
  • Engage in crisis intervention and preventative support as needed
