Desired Qualifications:
- Valid BCBA license in Massachusetts
- Completion of CORI and fingerprint background checks
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric caseloads
- Willingness to travel onsite to campuses in the Lawrence, MA area
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized ABA services for students (PreK–8th grade) with BCBA services indicated on IEPs
- Collaborate with special education teams and attend IEP meetings (schedule varies)
- Maintain progress notes and update all required documentation within the ESped platform
- Adapt to a changing caseload (approximately 15 students), with details provided upon start
