Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive speech and language services to school-aged children. Take on a broad scope of responsibilities, from completing evaluations and maintaining documentation, to contributing your expertise in the creation and implementation of IEPs. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow ready to take the next step, you'll find ongoing support and professional encouragement throughout your assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language interventions to students based on evaluated needs
- Conduct thorough assessments and document student progress
- Develop and update IEPs, working closely with teachers and support teams
- Communicate effectively with families and staff to foster student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development activities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility to obtain license
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Experience in school or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
