Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
- School-based SLP experience strongly desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload (details to be discussed during interview)
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Complete documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team processes
