Job Description

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid SLP licensure for Arizona, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Ability to efficiently assess, diagnose, and provide interventions for communication disorders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort using technology for documentation or, if remote, virtual service provision
- Commitment to approximately 30 hours per month during the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services one-on-one or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all guidelines
- Participate in required meetings and professional development as needed
- Provide support and resources to educators and caregivers to foster generalization of skills
