- Familiarity with implementing speech-language interventions designed by SLPs

- Comfort with electronic documentation and data tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside certified SLPs to carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Assist with direct and indirect therapy services in accordance with students’ needs
- Support data collection, progress reporting, and ongoing assessments
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with teachers, staff, and families
- Help create a positive and supportive therapy environment
