Cath Lab Technologist - Portland, OR

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule and Hours:

• 13-week contract
• 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each
• Shift: 7:15am – 5:45pm
• Weekend shifts may occasionally be needed
• 40 hours per week expected
• On-call participation required

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT or RCIS certification is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years of Cath Lab experience
• Skilled in operating common lab equipment including Cupid, EPIC, and GE systems
• Strong ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, critical environments
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to patient care

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and support a wide variety of cardiovascular procedures in the Cath Lab, ensuring quality imaging and patient safety at all times
• Set up, operate, and maintain imaging equipment specific to the lab’s protocols
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff during procedures
• Accurately document all procedures and patient records using EPIC
• Adhere strictly to infection control and safety policies
• Respond swiftly and appropriately while on-call to emergent cases
