Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Deliver exceptional patient care in a modern radiology environment, utilizing your expertise as a Radiologic Technologist or X-ray Tech. This contract opportunity offers an 8-hour evening schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend, holiday, on-call, or call-back duties. Rare floating may be requested to nearby campuses, but staff support is available, making this a stable and predictable assignment for professionals who value consistency in their work environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification required
  • Current state licensure in radiologic technology
  • Proven experience operating X-ray machines and performing diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols for imaging and radiation
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare team
  • Ability to adapt to different clinical environments if rare floating is required
  • Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality imaging studies

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic radiology procedures following physician orders and established protocols
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the exam
  • Operate and maintain radiology equipment, monitoring for quality and compliance
  • Ensure accurate documentation, image storage, and timely reporting of results
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists for coordinated care
  • Maintain attention to infection control, patient confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations

$1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
