\nPay: Starting at $22.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and CDL license obtained with the potential to negotiate a higher starting amount (with significant earning potential through overtime, per diem, and prevailing wage increases)\n

As an Installation Technician (Laborer), you’ll be on the front lines of critical sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects using innovative trenchless technology – with full training and travel perks included!\n

\nYour Role on the Team:\n
\n
\nSupport sewer and stormwater rehabilitation projects using advanced trenchless technology\n
\nSet up and break down job sites; operate and assist with heavy equipment\n
\nSafely guide operators and equipment for accurate project execution\n
\nTransport crews and equipment (CDL driving required)\n
\nPrepare work areas and enter manholes to ready pipelines for installation\n
\nAdapt and step into multiple roles—every day brings something new\n
\n
\nWhat We’re Looking For:\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n
\nValid driver's license with a safe driving record\n
\nValid Class A or B CDL (or permit) preferred, Hazmat endorsement a plus\n
\nMinimum 2 years of outdoor construction experience preferred (CIPP, water/sewer utility work a bonus)\n
\nWillingness to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight travel), including nights and weekends\n
\nPhysically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, working in confined spaces, and performing hands-on field work in varying weather with or without reasonable accommodations\n
