\n As an Human Resources Generalist, you'll:\n
\n
    \n
  • Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on time
    • \n
  • Partner with employees and managers to handle employee relations conversations professionally
    • \n
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and employee support
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
    • \n
  • Assist with additional HR projects and administrative duties as needed
    • \n

\n What we're looking for:\n
\n
    \n
  • 1–2 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
    • \n
  • Experience processing payroll
    • \n
  • Comfortable conducting employee relations conversations and resolving workplace concerns
    • \n
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
    • \n
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • \n
