Job Title: Production Planner III

Location: 1969 Palomar Oaks Way, Bldg A, Carlsbad, CA 92011

Pay: $38 -$40/ hr on W2.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Production Planner III with 3+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Supply Chain
• Strong knowledge of MRP and production planning
• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
• Manufacturing experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred:

• SAP (PP/MM/Supply Chain)
• APICS CPIM
• Power BI/Tableau
• SQL
• Palantir Foundry

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain production plans
• Manage MRP parameters and planning data
• Analyze production and inventory trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material and capacity issues
• Support reporting, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement
