Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible Indiana SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • School-based SLP experience, particularly with early childhood (Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K), is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with student goals and IEPs
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain detailed documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Facilitate classroom-based and pull-out therapy sessions as appropriate
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school team discussions
