Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Indiana SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- School-based SLP experience, particularly with early childhood (Transitional Kindergarten and Pre-K), is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with student goals and IEPs
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to support student achievement
- Facilitate classroom-based and pull-out therapy sessions as appropriate
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school team discussions
