Key Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques for diverse student populations K-12
• Commitment to student-centered support and progress

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy for students in grades K-12
• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine needs
• Develop, update, and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Document student progress, maintain required records, and communicate outcomes
• Provide consultation and training to teachers and classroom staff as needed
• Engage parents/guardians to support students’ communication goals
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities
