Job Description

In this part-time role, you will work 14 hours each week with a caseload spanning both middle and high school populations. The school setting provides variety, collaboration, and the satisfaction of guiding young people toward greater independence and academic achievement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active State Occupational Therapist (OT) License is required.
- Previous experience with middle and high school students is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the evaluation process and development of Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
- Ability to provide direct therapy services tailored to diverse student needs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with educators and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to determine needs and create effective intervention plans.
- Develop, implement, and document IEP goals that support student participation and success in educational settings.
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services, using evidence-based practices and adaptive strategies.
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and school support staff to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district policies and professional standards.
