Job Description
Exciting contract opportunity available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact across a school district near Swanzey, NH for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time role (35 hours weekly) runs from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, and focuses on supporting students with behavioral needs district-wide.
You’ll bring your expertise as a BCBA to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of evidence-based behavioral assessment and intervention plans—each tailored to individual students. Success in this position comes from hands-on support: working directly with students, collaborating closely with school staff, and forging strong partnerships with parents. Through thoughtful guidance and clear communication, you’ll help drive positive behavioral outcomes in classrooms and beyond.
Your role will also involve establishing and nurturing collaborative relationships with outside agencies, ensuring that all students and families receive coordinated support within and beyond the district.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Behavior Analyst in school or similar settings
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with educational staff and parents to maximize student progress
- Provide direct support and consultation to teachers and students
