Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLP license for practice in Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience working with school-aged populations (elementary and/or middle school)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, including compliance with necessary documentation and timelines

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students with identified speech or language needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with district and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Support student achievement through skill-building and advocacy across school environments
