A professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Tax Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys a combination of administrative, operational, and client-service responsibilities.

Position Overview
A professional services firm is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its Tax Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and enjoys a combination of administrative, operational, and client-service responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare tax returns, tax forms, correspondence, and client deliverables.
- Provide document preparation, data entry, and DocuSign support for the Tax Department.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of administrative tasks.
- Assist with reception coverage and front desk support as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and overnight deliveries.
- Maintain office, kitchen, and supply inventories.
- Support internal meetings, office events, and general office operations.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience required.
- Professional services, accounting, legal, financial services, or corporate office experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with DocuSign and database systems preferred.
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Process improvement mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed.
