Job Summary
We are seeking Remote Telesales Agents with an active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License, or an equivalent Georgia health insurance license, to support a high-volume Open Enrollment telesales program. This is a 100% remote, temporary opportunity for candidates who reside in Florida or Georgia and enjoy helping customers understand health insurance options.
As a Remote Licensed Health Insurance Telesales Agent, you will handle primarily inbound sales calls, guide customers through plan options, and support compliant enrollments. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who are comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment and want to put their health insurance license to work during a busy enrollment season.
Candidates will join a supportive remote team with structured training, clear performance expectations, and leadership focused on helping agents succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Handle primarily inbound health insurance telesales calls, with some outbound follow-up as needed.
- Educate customers on available health insurance plans, benefits, eligibility, and enrollment options.
- Recommend plan solutions based on customer needs while following compliant sales scripts and procedures.
- Complete enrollment applications and accurately document all customer interactions.
- Cross-sell eligible products when appropriate and aligned with customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, quality standards, attendance expectations, and performance metrics.
Compensation and Benefits
- English Licensed Agents: $21.00 per hour.
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole Licensed Agents: $23.00 per hour.
- Performance-based bonuses available.
- 100% remote work arrangement.
- Must reside in Florida or Georgia.
- Temporary assignment through December 2026.
- Upcoming training class is scheduled for September 10.
- Training schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- Attendance during training is mandatory, and no time off will be approved during training.
- Work schedules fall within operating hours of 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST.
- Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.
- Schedules are assigned based on business needs, and weekly schedule changes should be expected.
- Candidates cannot select their shift.
- During peak Open Enrollment, occasional hours beyond 9:00 PM may be required.
