Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Administrative Assistant for an on-site contract opportunity in Blythe, CA, supporting a busy construction site team within an industrial field environment. This role is a strong fit for an organized administrative professional who enjoys working close to operations, supporting field leadership, and keeping daily site activity running smoothly.

The Field Administrative Assistant will help manage onboarding paperwork, payroll timecards, workforce tracking, reporting, site documentation, supplies, and general office coordination. This opportunity offers a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where attention to detail, communication, and strong Microsoft Excel skills will make a direct impact on field productivity and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support field operations with administrative tasks, onboarding coordination, and daily site office needs.
- Manage payroll timecards, workforce tracking, attendance records, and related documentation.
- Maintain reports, records, logs, and construction site documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate office supplies, IT requests, equipment needs, and general administrative support.
- Use Microsoft Excel extensively for reporting, data entry, tracking, and file management.
- Communicate with field teams, supervisors, and support departments to keep information organized and up to date.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay details provided include $25 to $30 per hour
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Duration: 3-month contract with possible extension.
- Work Location: On-site in Blythe, CA.
