    Dedicated team of APPs that collaborate with Hospitalist physicians to care for observation and inpatient hospital patients.

    • \n
  • \n

    12-hour shifts

    • \n
  • \n

    Mostly day / evening (7a-7p) shift hours

    • \n
  • \n

    4 weekend shifts per 4-week blocks

    • \n
  • \n

    3 holidays per year

    • \n

Educational/Experience Requirements

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Master's degree in Nursing (ACNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant

    • \n
  • \n

    At least 2 years of APP experience required

    • \n
\n

Licensure/Certification Requirements

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

    • \n
  • \n

    BLS and ACLS certifications required

    • \n
  • \n

    Must satisfactorily complete all continuing education including NIH Stroke Scale certification regarding the care of acute stroke patients
