Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Kentucky
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and screen students to identify communication, speech, and language delays
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student's needs
- Deliver targeted individual and group therapy sessions
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
- Participate in case conferences and staff meetings to share insights and progress
