Key Qualifications:
- Master's or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology required
- Valid Ohio Department of Education School Psychologist certification
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess students’ cognitive, academic, social, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect support to students through counseling, intervention planning, and crisis management
- Serve as a resource for behavior management and academic interventions
- Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams to foster positive learning environments
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
