Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's or specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience administering psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments in a school setting
- Comfortable with virtual collaboration platforms for meetings and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to cultivate productive relationships with students, families, and staff
- Experience with IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and development of intervention plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person psychoeducational assessments to evaluate academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Participate in and help facilitate virtual IEP meetings, providing professional insights and collaborative problem-solving
- Complete timely, comprehensive reports reflecting assessment outcomes
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to support student learning and well-being
- Develop intervention strategies and recommendations tailored to individual student needs
- Stay current on best practices and compliance requirements in school psychology
