Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students across identified grade levels
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines
  • Offer consultation and support to teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to maximize student outcomes
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing case management

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current MD SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) will be considered
  • School-based or pediatric experience strongly valued
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working onsite in dynamic school settings
