High volume employment processor! This is a SEASONAL HR position with room for growth opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills, high level of accuracy, and must maintain confidentiality.\n

\nDuties include but are not limited to:\n
\n
\nScreen and interview candidates\n
\nScheduling\n
\nData entry\n
\nGreet visitors\n
\nCover the front reception counter\n
\nProvide excellent customer service\n
\nAssist with orientations\n
\nGeneral administrative support in the Employment Center\n
\nOther duties as assigned\n
\nRequirements:\n
\nA High School Diploma or GED required.\n
\nBilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.\n
\nExperience in interview techniques and high volume recruitment are preferred.\n
\nStrong Computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite.\n
\nExperience with ADP a plus.\n
\nConflict resolution and de-escalation training highly desirable.\n
\nMust be extremely professional, possess a calm attitude, and be able to follow directions.\n
\nAccurate data entry/clerical skills with excellent attention to detail.\n
\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.\n
\nAbility to engage and work cooperatively within a team environment.\n
