A respected professional services organization in Orlando, FL is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support the leader of its Real Estate practice group. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting senior-level leaders, managing complex workflows, and serving as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
This role offers the opportunity to join a stable, professional environment with supportive leadership, collaborative teams, and a high level of visibility within a busy real estate law practice. The Legal Administrative Assistant will play a key role in keeping schedules, client communications, billing coordination, contract tracking, and practice operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, polished, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. Candidates with experience in legal, real estate, professional services, corporate administration, or executive support environments are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Real Estate practice leader, including calendar management, workflow coordination, and daily prioritization.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, client communications, materials, logistics, and follow-up items.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external business contacts.
- Assist with client management activities, billing coordination, contract administration, documentation, and deadline tracking.
- Prepare, edit, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, records, and business documents.
- Maintain accurate files, databases, and confidential information while supporting administrative filings and business/entity searches as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $67,000 to $72,000 annually.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time.
- Work arrangement: 100% onsite in Orlando, FL 32801.
- Parking: Paid parking provided.
