\nMaintenance Technician\n
\n
\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.\n
\nTroubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components such as bearings, chains, gears, belts, shafts, and drive systems.\n
\nDiagnose and resolve electro-pneumatic, electrical, and machine control issues using effective troubleshooting techniques.\n
\nUse electrical testing equipment to verify continuity, voltage, resistance, and AC/DC circuit performance.\n
\nInspect and maintain sensors and automation components to ensure efficient and reliable machine operation.\n
\nSupport equipment installations, root cause analysis, maintenance documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while following safety standards and collaborating with operations teams.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of maintenance or related industry experience.\n
\nBasic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems.\n
\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues.\n
\nKnowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and machinery operation.\n
\nAbility to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics.\n
\nProficiency in the safe use of hand tools and basic maintenance equipment.\n
