Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Skilled in conducting assessments, creating IEPs, and implementing therapy plans

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders using formal and informal assessment tools
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, therapy sessions, and progress notes
• Contribute to IEP meetings, sharing expertise and recommendations
• Provide input on classroom strategies for communication enhancement
