Positions Available:

  • One Preschool/LD Teacher
  • One Teacher for mild/moderate classroom

Details:

  • Full-time schedule aligned with the academic year (August 2026 – May 2027)
  • Manage average caseloads while fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere

Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teaching certification
  • Experience working with preschool and/or mild to moderate student populations preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Strong organizational skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to professional communication with staff, families, and students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver engaging instruction to meet diverse learning needs
  • Develop, monitor, and update IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
  • Work closely with support staff to promote student achievement and well-being
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians and participate in team meetings
  • Foster a safe, supportive classroom environment for all learners
