Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, valid Washington State Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in School Psychology
  • Previous experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
  • Solid understanding of IEP process, IDEA, and Section 504
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
  • Provide recommendations and reporting for eligibility and services, supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs
  • Participate in the development of IEPs and attend relevant meetings
  • Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement evidence-based interventions and classroom strategies
  • Serve as a resource for crisis response and support school-wide initiatives to promote a positive learning environment
