Operational Leadership
- Partner with the founder to support the overall success and continuity of the business
- Coordinate operational activities across route operations, service, warehouse, procurement, and installations
- Ensure teams are aligned on priorities, performance expectations, and company initiatives
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments
- Support implementation of operational improvements, processes, and organizational initiatives
- Lead weekly leadership meetings and drive execution of business objectives
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for greater efficiency
- Build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
- Act as a liaison between employees and company leadership
- Coach, mentor, and develop operational leaders
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to support key customer relationships
- Help ensure customer expectations and service commitments are consistently met
- Support strategic initiatives designed to improve service delivery and operational excellence
- Collaborate with corporate and integration teams on best-practice implementation
- Monitor key operational metrics and business performance indicators
- Assist with labor planning, budgeting, and operational cost controls
- Provide reporting and recommendations to leadership regarding operational performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of an organization
- Strong operational leadership background with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience working within founder-led or entrepreneurial business environments
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation culture where collaboration, trust, and accountability are essential
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting process improvements, integrations, or organizational change initiatives
- Background in route-based operations or field service environments
