\nThe role is an Individual contributor position responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation and coordination for multiple third-party partners, supporting BBW and BBWD, and reporting to the Regional Distribution Center Manager.
\nThe ideal candidate demonstrates initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities\nAbility to develop/maintain relationships with internal and external teams
\nAbility to work independently on self-initiated projects
\nProvide operational support to Analysts and RDCs
\nAbility to generate data/information and communicate direction and multiple priorities
\nCompile and present RDC metrics (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly)
\nAccount for proper documentation to support SOX initiatives, including reporting for carryover, cycle counts, PO issues, and load discrepancies
\nAssist in monitoring of timely inbound and outbound processing
\nSupport non-merch storage and shipment requests
\nDemonstrated success in previous logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operational support roles.
\nConsistent, timely, professional follow-up with Home Office leaders, vendors and 3PL providers
\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
\nStrong verbal and written skills
\nAbility to collaborate to ensure organizational goals and objectives are met
\nAbility to work with associates at varying levels of responsibility and functional expertise
\nPrevious experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), strong computer skills within Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems
\nDC Operations experience preferred
\nOccasional schedule adjustments and travel to distribution center locations may be required based on business needs.
\nEducation
\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered.
