Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP required (Clinical Fellowship and SLPA not eligible)
- Previous experience in schools and/or pediatrics preferred
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to a caseload of 40–50 students
- Position 1: Serve mostly high school with some elementary students; Position 2: All elementary grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
- Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment
