Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Direct experience providing ABA services in school or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication and consultation skills with both staff and families
• Knowledge of conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and crafting behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Familiarity with collaborative, team-based approaches to student support
• Flexibility, empathy, and dedication to culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ behavioral and learning needs utilizing data-driven methods
• Develop, monitor, and revise individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and ongoing support for school personnel on behavior strategies
• Collaborate with IEP teams, attend meetings, and document progress regularly
• Consult with families and community partners as needed
