Both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced professionals holding CCC are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience in a school setting is highly valued, but not required
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
- Monitor, document, and report student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and training for staff as needed
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to broader educational planning
