Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience in a school setting is highly valued, but not required
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Monitor, document, and report student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide direct therapy, consultative services, and training for staff as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to broader educational planning
