School-Based Physical Therapist - Marana, Arizona

• Current, active Physical Therapy license
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric physical therapy preferred
• IVP Fingerprint Card required
• Ability to travel between several sites within the district for service delivery

• Experience developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating students and creating tailored physical therapy interventions
• Delivering direct and consultative PT services in multiple school settings
• Documenting progress and adjusting plans as needed to support student growth
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on IEP goals and support strategies
• Educating school staff and families about therapy goals and exercises
• Managing a varied caseload encompassing mild to severe support needs
