Job Description
Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current and valid RN license
- Proven experience in Operating Room nursing (recent scrub and/or circulating roles preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient advocacy capabilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
- Scrub and/or circulate during operations according to assignment
- Coordinate closely with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare staff
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and operating room protocols
- Ensure precise documentation and patient hand-offs

$1,701 - $1,860/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
