\nResponsibilities\n
\n
\nLead safety initiatives by coordinating risk assessments, inspections, and team-driven improvement projects.\n
\nSupport and maintain compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant federal, state, and local HSE regulations.\n
\nFacilitate HSE training programs, including new-hire orientation and first aid, and assist with maintaining training records.\n
\nParticipate in internal audits, manage HSE documentation and permits, and support contractor safety management.\n
\nPromote a proactive safety culture through daily floor presence, employee engagement, and incident investigation support.\n
\n
\nQualifications\n
\n
\n2+ years of experience working in Health, Safety and Environment positions within a manufacturing environment.\n
\nExperience and familiarity with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 systems.\n
\nBachelor's Degree preferred.\n
\nRed Cross or AHA certified CPR/First Aid/AED Trainer with current credentials preferred.\n
