NP or PA

Join a dynamic healthcare team as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care across diverse clinical settings. This role includes weekday clinic coverage, inpatient management, emergency room call coverage, and a broad scope of clinical practice.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and assessment of vital signs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Prescribe and administer medications in accordance with established clinical protocols and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, discharge planning, and follow-up services.

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).

• North Dakota licensure (or eligibility for licensure).

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Strong patient assessment, clinical decision-making, and triage skills in urgent or emergency care settings.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
