Step into a rewarding role supporting preschoolers as a dedicated school-based Occupational Therapist in a collaborative, energetic educational environment. Partner with another experienced SLP on site and make a meaningful difference for children ages 3-5. This full-time contract opportunity spans multiple school sites, allowing you to work with up to 50 students on your caseload. Your expertise will help young learners develop essential skills as they begin their educational journey.

Start as soon as possible and engage in impactful work through June 17, 2026, with the upcoming spring break from March 30 to April 10, 2026, providing a well-deserved pause in your schedule. Interviews will be conducted via Google Meet next week for candidates seeking a new opportunity to use their OT skills in a school-based setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Occupational Therapy
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children (3-5 years)
  • Background in school-based therapy, ideally within early childhood settings
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a diverse caseload across multiple sites
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset
  • Familiarity with IEP process, evaluation tools, and educational documentation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized and group OT services to preschool students
  • Collaborate closely with another SLP, teachers, and support staff to support student progress
  • Evaluate and document student needs, goals, and progress according to educational guidelines
  • Adapt strategies to promote student independence and participation in daily activities
  • Travel between assigned school sites as needed
