Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Proven experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans within a school or pediatric environment
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based behavioral practices (ABA)
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide guidance and training to teachers and staff on behavioral strategies
  • Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and the special education process is preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to create effective support plans
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure consistent delivery of recommended strategies
  • Lead regular team meetings and provide staff training on best practices in behavior management
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that helps every learner achieve their highest potential
